Bio Co is a responsible and committed brand, both with the social work of the farmers of San Bernardo and with customers who buy the products in good faith. For this reason, it has developed a service policy to solve possible situations that occur in the middle of the purchase commitment within the web page.

The first thing that the user will be asked for will be a registration through an email and a password that guarantees a secure communication channel between the two parties. Users accept and acknowledge having read and understood the terms and conditions. They also agree to be bound by them according to the laws and regulations of the Colombian Legislation.




BIO.CO in its commitment to its customers to offer a quality product, establishes a shipping, exchange and return policy for cases in which the product is defective or with a broken container due to transport or other circumstances; The client can communicate at the email addressaceitebioco@gmail.commaking your return request and commenting the reason why you want to return the product.


Bio Co will accept returns for the following cases:


  1. Returns for defective product

  2. Refunds by withdrawal.


In both cases, the customer will have a maximum period for returns of 10 business days from the date the carrier delivers your order to the address provided in the purchase. The client must notify the request for the return before the 10 business days have elapsed through an email




In case of return due to withdrawal: the return shipment must be made by any means and the costs associated with the shipment will be borne by the buyer. Once the buyer notifies his intention to return the product by email, indicating the cause, the following will be:


  • Send it back to the Bio Co headquarters in Bogotá Calle 122 #47-08,

  • Bio Co will receive the product, confirm that it has not been opened or its packaging has been altered.

  • Once this is confirmed, it will proceed to send a confirmation email

In case of return for a defective product: as soon as BIO.CO becomes aware of the reason for the return of the product, it will be replaced or the money will be refunded as soon as possible, running BIO.CO with the derived expenses, both from the collection of the defective products and delivery of new ones.

Once the buyer notifies his request for an exchange or refund of money by email, indicating that the cause is that his product has been defective, the following will be:

  • Coordinate a collection of the defective product.

  • Bio Co will receive the product and validate that it is a manufacturing defect.

  • Once this is confirmed, it will proceed to send a confirmation email.

The customer must return the products in perfect condition and with their original packaging and invoice; Upon receipt and review of the products, BIO.CO refunds any payment received from the client, BIO. CO may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.




Bio Co  will send your order under the established time conditions, within a normal period of 4  business days, contemplating a maximum period of 5 business days. The shipping cost will be $9.600  within most municipalities of Colombian territory. $4,500 in the case of shipments to Bogotá. An increase is not ruled out, which will be notified in the event that the shipment is made in areas far away from the capital cities.
