Ingredients:
Pasta (such as elbows, macaroni, fusilli, penne)
Salt (to taste)
Basil (to taste)
Lemon (to taste)
Cherry TomatoesÂ
Cheese (cut into cubes)
Spinach
Dressing:
Sacha Inchi Oil BIOCOSACHAÂ
Garlic (to taste and finely chopped)
Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Preparation:
Cook the pasta: In a pot of boiling water with salt and basil, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Then, drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Let it coolb.
Prepare the ingredients: While the pasta cools, cut the vegetables (spinach and tomatoes).
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, place the cold pasta along with the vegetables and cubed cheese.
Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, mix the chopped garlic, BIOCOSACHA sacha inchi oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well so that all the ingredients are coated. You can add a few drops of lemon to taste and some sesame seeds.
Refrigerate and serve: Let the salad cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Ready!
